137/365 - king laugh

I think this creepy alligator head thing is real...but I don't know for sure. It's been sitting on my brother's bookshelves in his room for years and I've always thought it would make a cool/ creepy photo. Because cool/ creepy is clearly mah thing.

Hmm. So I still have an ass load of homework to do, but I've now reached the Procrastination stage of the Seven Stages of Homework Grief...which means I'm probably going to go bake some muffins instead of, you know, actually doing work. WINNING.

109/365 - things & bread

I don't care what this is. Today was pretty crappyyyyyyy. When I came home I went for a run on the treadmill and watched House Hunters International to deal with the stress. Then I made this sandwich which was actually quite disappointing, just like the rest of the day. It must've gotten the memo. God, I'm so depressing. I'll leave before it wears off on you.

96/365 - longing & castles

SOOC minus the text. Screw perfect focus, ya know? Lol, I just love these colors. Sooooo today was surprisingly good. The first day I've felt legitimately happy in a while. I think it has something to do with this ah-mazing weather we're having. High 70s and low 80s in March? HELL TO THE YES. I'd been getting a little stir crazy -- as I tend to do around the end of winter -- so it's absolutely liberating to be able to go outside and frolic without putting on more clothes. Running out the backdoor barefoot into golden hour to take pics was a def. highlight to the day.  :)

ETA: Quote is from Dracula...basically one of my favorite books ever because holy mother of god THAT is how you do vampires. And plus it has a lot of quotes so beautiful and heart-aching and perfect they make me want to set down my pen and say, "Okay, I tried."

But alas-- I am a scribbler at heart. If I stopped writing I would develop a new brand of crazy so potent I  could bottle it up and sell it. Or, ya know, whatever.
