358/365 - rapt with frost

It snowed about 3 or 4 inches last night. Woke up to this (disgusting) winter wonderland kind of thing going on outside. You know, snow on the tree branches, covering everything, etc. etc. Revoltingly pretty to look at, horrible to deal with. Somehow mustered up enough courage to go outside in it and take some more pictures.

Soooo I worked all morning and then went out for dinner (pizza, yum) with the parents. Now I am sitting here watching Doctor Who and looking forward to a lazy Sunday. :)

I know I've mentioned this before, but...this project is so, so difficult, and yet love it dearly. I am learning so much--not just as a photographer, and an artist, but also as a human. I am learning so much about myself in the process of doing this project. It is a truly incredible experience.

A rather lazy Sunday on the whole...spent the majority of it doing homework. I made an awesome grilled cheese sandwich for dinner. \the life.

244/365 - little time

Today was one of my long days......and thus no time for pictures presented itself. Damn. Today was weird. I don't know why but it just felt weird. 

At least the week is almost ovvvaaaaa. And because I am an English major I am allowed to have creative spelling. SO THERE INTERNET. So there.

134/365 - possibility

Shot in black and white-- a function I've actually never used on my camera. And I've had that thing for like four years. Sweet god. Well, anydamnway, I'm pleased with how this one came out, even if I'm not entirely sure what my left arm is doing??? Hmmm... Also, it was cold as balls outside today, and I almost stepped in dog crap taking this pic. So...yeah.

Today has been strangely productive....I have a sh!t-ton of homework to do as finals are about two weeks away. GACK. I should probably get off blogger and try to get more work done....yeah. :P

127/365 - perched in the soul

I'm actually kinda in love with this and it took me all of 25 minutes to shoot/edit/put together. hehe

Soooo today was lazy and rainy. Went out to lunch with one of my best friends and worked on a paper I have to write for my theology class. About to go watch the rest of Downton Abbey Season 2 (I am SO obsessed with this show I can't even...) and procrastinate finishing that paper. Seriously, though, if you haven't watched Downton Abbey, drop whatever you are doing right now and WATCH IT. You will not be disappointed. <3
