246/365 - of witherings

I don't really know what this is to be honest. It's just a random concept I invented in, like, five minutes. TGIF, except for the fact that I have to work Saturday and Sunday. Also homework. BUT I get Monday off (Labor Day). Make of that what you will.
Now I'm off to go watch some TV (Sherlock-- woo!) and maybe do some homework? I don't know about that last part. We'll see. :p

245/365 - hands

Whoaaa I actually had time for taking pictures today. The hell? Anyway....today was alright. Went to school, then out to dinner with the parentals. Now I am sitting here procrastinating my homework and being delighted by the fact that I have a four day weekend in the not-so-distant future. (Labor Day-- woo!) I kind of have a metric crap ton of homework to do over said weekend though. Alas.

244/365 - little time

Today was one of my long days......and thus no time for pictures presented itself. Damn. Today was weird. I don't know why but it just felt weird.
At least the week is almost ovvvaaaaa. And because I am an English major I am allowed to have creative spelling. SO THERE INTERNET. So there.

243/365 - faith and trust and pixie dust

Went to school again today.....sometimes I feel like a gerbil on a wheel.
Then I went to a book signing with my friend...then we went to Dairy Queen and had blizzards and chatted about various things. Good times. Now I'm wearily contemplating doing my the remnants of my homework and trying to figure out how to survive tomorrow. \the life.

242/365 - hunting my dress

No time for pictures today. Alas.
...and so it begins with school eating my life alive.

241/365 - wild books

One of the books purchased at the used book sale yesterday....a very interesting little collection of poetry. Found several old newspaper clippings inside of it, also. I've kind of gotten into poetry lately...it's interesting because it takes things that have been described over and over again and describes them in a new and insightful way. Poetry makes me want to be a better writer.

240/365 - she wanted storms

Went to a used book sale today at Locust Grove where we bought I think 7 or 8 books for $10 which = awesome. I found flowers pressed in the copy of The Great Gatsby that we bought....thought that'd be a rather interesting subject for today's photo. :) If not interesting at least...pretty? Lol? Yeah....

Now I am sitting here eating cereal, despite the fact that it is 11 something at night and I should probably be in bed. Which is where I am headed very, very soon. Like, uh, now.
